This form is now required (as of November 2018) on all watercraft moored in any Sawgrass lake or pond.

In addition, 3” numbers and letters with street abbreviations and house numbers shall be applied on one or both sides of any moored watercraft. (Example: 200 Sedgegrass Dr. would be SD200)

**Watercraft may be removed if numbers and letters are not posted as specified.**

All watercraft shall be moored at waters edge with a stake or post, not on bank, as this can impede mowing and landscape services. Watercraft left on bank may also kill grass and create bare spots, which may lead to erosion.

All watercraft shall be removed from all lakes between November 1st and March 31st.

This procedure has been adopted to enhance the appearance of the common and lake areas in Sawgrass.

Section 19 of our Covenants: Parking of Recreational Vehicles: All property owners or residents in Sawgrass Subdivision who own or possess any type of recreational vehicle, boat, boat trailer, or lake vehicle, shall provide an enclosed garage for storage of such vehicle(s). No motorized vehicles (such as ATV’s) shall be operated within Sawgrass Subdivision.
