HOA News & Reminders
- Solar Yard Post Lights are no longer allowed as of May 2023. Next yard light inspection May 2026.
- Remember to keep yard lights functioning and replace burned out bulbs promptly.
- Please help keep Sawgrass looking great by keeping yards mowed and tidy.
- Please clean up after taking care of your yard. Taking a few minutes to clean off sidewalks and driveways will help keep the subdivision looking its best.
- All dogs must be leashed when off the owner’s property. “At-large” dogs and cats ( those roaming unrestrained ) can be reported to Champaign County Animial Control at 217-384-3798.
- All boats must be removed from the commons between November 1st and March 31st. Parking of Recreational Vehicles: All property owners or residents in Sawgrass Subdivision who own or possess any type of recreational vehicle, boat, boat trailer, or lake vehicle, shall provide an enclosed garage for storage of such vehicles. No motorized vehicles (such as ATVs) shall be operated within Sawgrass Subdivision.
- Water Craft Registration
- Take measures to not block driveways and sidewalks. Doing so could result in your car being ticketed and towed by the city.
- Common areas and lakes are there for the enjoyment of all homeowners, please do your part to help keep these areas free of debris and dog waste.
