Greenbelt Buffer Project
This is an ongoing project between the Sawgrass HOA and the Champaign Neighborhood Services Department. The objective to create a Greenbelt area that will both enhance the aesthetics of the neighborhood, and at the same time create a visual and sound buffer from the adjacent interstate highways. Evergreen and deciduous trees, along with native shrubs and prairie plants are being utilized to create this Greenbelt area.
