The Sawgrass Subdivision Homeowners Association was established in 2003 to maintain and enhance the quality of life for all residents. Our community features approximately 20 acres of common land, including four scenic ponds, a 5-mile pathway system, and beautifully landscaped entrance areas.
The HOA is responsible for the maintenance of all common areas, including mowing, landscaping, snow removal, and pond management. We work closely with the City of Champaign Neighborhood Services Department to ensure our community remains a beautiful and safe place to live.
Residents enjoy access to walking paths that wind through the subdivision, connecting neighborhoods and providing opportunities for exercise and relaxation. The ponds are stocked with fish and provide a peaceful backdrop for daily walks and evening strolls.
Our community is governed by a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) that help maintain property values and ensure a consistent standard of quality throughout the neighborhood. The HOA Board of Directors, composed of volunteer residents, meets regularly to discuss community matters and plan for the future.
